Thank you for your order and for your support of Hellat! We are sorry you were not completely happy with your purchase.
Our policy ends 7 days after receiving your package. From the date you receive your package, you have 7 days to request a refund or exchange. For the exchange to take place you must ship back the items to us in the original condition received no later than 7 days after your receive them. If the 7 days grace period has gone by we can not longer accept your return/exchange.
Please read our policy in full. At this time we only offer returns for a refund for US only.
- Items must be postmarked for return within 7 days of delivery of order
- Items must be unworn and unwashed
- Items can be subject for denial if they do not meet our standards
- Please allow up to 10 business days for your package to be processed once it reaches our warehouse (Please note, once your return is processed, we are unable to further issue any additional refunds)
- Original shipping will not be refunded when requesting a refund or exchange
- If we cannot fulfill your exchange request you will automatically be refunded (we will do our best to accommodate, but cannot guarantee due to limited inventory)
- If stock is not available for exchange request, we cannot send the original item back to customer
- We are only able to exchange a garment for the same style & same collection
- To make changes to your return request or to cancel a return, please contact customer support
- Refund may take 7-10 business days to show in your bank account
It is the customer's responsibility to enter the correct shipping address. Items will not be replaced or refunded if sent to an incorrectly entered address.
*ITEM CAN BE DENIED FOR RETURN IF:
- Deodorant marks
- Stains of any kind (deodorant, makeup, or fake tanning products)
- Excessive wrinkling
- Detached size/wash & care tags (not price tags)
- Animal/human hair
- Lingering odor, such as smoke or cologne
- Any visible wear or damage of any kind like holes, pilling
- External forces (damage from animals, etc.)
Upon returning an item your shipping fees are non-refundable and non-negotiable. If you have any questions email our support email firstname.lastname@example.org. A customer representative will help you as soon as they can.
EXCHANGES POLICY - We accept size exchanges. You must ship back the item no more than 7 days after receiving the order. If we are unable to exchange it, due to items selling out, we will issue a refund. Your item must be in the same condition and same package that you received it.
All shipping costs will be subject to the customer to fulfill.
