RETURNS POLICY - No returns. All items are final sale.

 

EXCHANGE POLICY

EXCHANGES POLICY - HELLAT does not offer refunds, but will accept size exchanges. You must ship back the item no more than 7 days after receiving the order. If we are unable to exchange it, due to items selling out, we will issue a store credit. Your item must be in the same condition and same package that you received it. 

  • Items must be unworn and unwashed
  • Items can be subject for denial if they do not meet our standards (We will send the item back)
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for your package to be processed once it reaches our warehouse
  • Original shipping will not be refunded when requesting a refund

YOUR ITEM CAN BE DENIED FOR EXCHANGE IF: 

-Deodorant marks

-Animal/human hair

-Excessive wrinkling

-Detached size/wash & care tags (not price tags)

-Lingering odor, such as smoke or cologne

-Any visible wear or damage

-External forces (damage from animals, etc.)

 

Exchanges can only be made for a different size or color of the same style only.

Once your exchange has been received please allow 3-5 days for processing. After processing we will send you an email to confirm that the exchange has been completed. Please allow up to 10 business days for the exchange to be sent out. We do not refund original shipping charges. 

All shipping costs will be subject to the customer to fulfill.
